Our outreach team travels across Los Angeles City and County to assist people experiencing homelessness – encampments tucked away in steep hills are no exception. They work to build relationships with our unhoused neighbors with the goal of bringing them inside. Outreach teams have played a key role in our system making over 85,000 permanent housing placements in the past four years. Thank you to outreach for all their hard work!
