Shoulder blade pain is unfortunately becoming an increasingly common problem.
This includes both pulling and stabbing pain around the shoulder blades, as well as the so-called "angel wings" (a swollen, swollen area around the shoulder blades).
That's precisely why I'm going to show you a simple exercise for "angel wings" and shoulder blade problems today.
Together, we'll find the cause of your problem, then specifically address it and subsequently strengthen and realign your body.
... As always, I wish you lots of fun and success with today's workout,
Your sports therapist, Alex
