Type %appdata% in start menu and then press enter. Get into skype map and delete all your usernames. Now try to log in :)

If this doesn't work try this also:
press CTRL + ALT + DELETE. Go to task manager. And then go to prosseses. When you are there look for a file called Loader. Exit that program. Now try to delete you'r name at %appdata%.
