Mugen - Omega Tiger Woods 2019 to 2021 update
In my previous videos using OTW, i add more movelist taking from of the other edits of OTW, yes using some of them but i'm adapting it all for the new update, more tough and strong, i update all again in him.
He is updated but needs i check it..include two palettes making much harder to beat him, i fix all the sprites weren't properlty used, one of that now share the palettes correctly and fixing the lag, etc..
