MCHD distributes Oral Rabies Vaccine baits
Every year, Monongalia County Health Department distributes oral rabies vaccine (ORV) baits by hand around grassy areas of Morgantown to coincide with the USDA's distribution by fixed-wing aircraft over more rural areas of Monongalia County. The distribution takes place in late August into September annually. This footage was shot in August 2024 and the video was compiled in August 2025.
