Are Yelp Reviews Legit? Not in my experience...
I've not had the best experience with Yelp, not as a consumer nor as a business owner. In this video, I'm sharing my experience dealing with YELP regarding a fake review left on my business page in 2020 by someone who was intentionally trying to harrass me. Despite multipe attempts and offer to provide proof, Yelp has refused to remove the fake review, while over a dozen real reviews sit in the "Not Recommended" review dungeon. Has anyone else had a bad experience with Yelp? I've also received incessant calls from Yelp trying to get me to advertise, days and days at a time, multiple times a day at some points.
