Hello lovelies!
✏️ In this video, I have spoken about the importance of keeping a bullet journal, creating and maintaining mental space, breaking down goals into actionable tasks and more!
📝 Ever since I came across the Bullet Journaling method by Ryder Caroll, I've been intrigued by the idea of having a mental inventory, but after seeing extremely creative spreads all over my Pinterest and Instagram, I always felt like it wasn't for me.
✏️ But all this changed when I watched Ryder Caroll's TedX talk on the importance of decluttering your mind. Ryder Caroll is the man who created/introduced the Bullet Journal method. He came up with this method after he was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder at a young age. Bullet Journaling was what helped him organize his life throughout his childhood and adulthood.
📝 If you are interested in getting into Bullet Journaling, I highly suggest you watch the very first video on it (made by Ryder Caroll himself) before diving into the creative bullet journal world. This will help you understand the simplicity and bullet journaling at its core.

📝 I have also shown my extremely basic bullet journal setup which includes spreads and layout ideas that I use to plan out my Youtube Videos. If you are new to Youtube like me, and tend to get overwhelmed with the amount of video related work, you can highly benefit from my setup. (My Bujo Setup starts at 03:51)
