Is this newborn Sphynx kitten alive?
In this emotional moment, one of our newborn Sphynx kittens appeared almost completely still, making us fear that something was wrong. Moments later, the tiny kitten began to move - and thankfully, the story had a happy ending.
Newborn kittens spend most of their time sleeping, but each kitten should still be monitored closely for warmth, nursing, vigor and daily weight gain.
If a newborn kitten appears unresponsive, unusually weak, cold or unable to nurse, contact a veterinarian immediately.
