Multiple set screw assembly demo using a robotic screwdriving machine
In this video, over 50 set-screws are assembled with an automatic screwdriver into a product.
The product is palletized and brought by conveyor to a lift/locate station, which places and locks the part under the automatic screwdriver. The programmable screwdriver receives each set-screw from an automatic screwfeeder and drives one screw at a time into the product using a previously programmed pattern.
