Atjazz: Building A Track Quickly Using 'Scrubbing'
Last week, my Patreon crew were supremely lucky to spend 3 hours with UK electronic music legend Atjazz in his Derby studio. It was an amazing masterclass with Martin showing us some of his favourite hardware, demonstrating some of his special personal production techniques and having an in depth chat about how new DJs and Producers should approach networking and getting their music signed to labels.
In this clip, Martin demonstrates how he can quickly build a vibe in a track using a few elements and the 'scrubbing' technique to create random, improvised riffs and melodies.
