This functionality isn't final, but currently this is what the item does. I'm considering giving the item multiple uses as well.
And the way bubbles work isn't final either, eventually I intend for bubbles to be able to merge together, so they'll start out small, and the smaller they are, the slower they get.
The bigger the bubble, the louder the pop.
