Liam’s journey hits its peak in Episode 5, "Through the Glass." After reading Elira’s final diary entries, he makes the decision to destroy the photo frame once and for all — but the frame no longer exists in his world. It has become a gateway.
He is pulled into a parallel dimension — a silent mirror of Greyford, where time stands still and people exist as faded versions of themselves. Here, he meets Mira’s echo, who reveals the truth: every person in Greyford has a reflection in this world… and one by one, they’ve crossed over and been replaced.
In a desperate escape attempt, Liam must run through corridors that shift, reliving past traumas and twisted realities — each one darker than the last. The visuals grow vivid, the air colder, the footsteps faster.
As he nearly escapes, his reflection reaches out through the glass — and grabs him.
The episode ends in total silence… broken by one line: “Now there’s no going back.”
