Freminet 0 skill CD with 4pc TF [
I used the following to achieve 0 second Freminet elemental skill cooldown:
Freminet burst (70% skill CD reduction)
Anemo Resonance (5% CD reduction)
Chongyun C2 (15% skill CD reduction)
4pc Thundering Fury (reduce skill CD by 1 second)
There are certain parts when Freminet's skill have 0.4 - 0.5 seconds CD remaining. This is because the 4pc effect of Thundering Fury is not triggered (as it only triggers once per 0.8 second).
