Avocado Mayonnaise
400-500 ml of oil
2 eggs
Juice of half a lemon
Half a teaspoon of salt
One teaspoon of sugar
Half a small avocado
A small slice of onion (optional)
One teaspoon of mustard
NOTE: Blend at low speed and gradually increase the speed as it thickens, up to the maximum. ☺ Also, add the oil little by little at first. Then you can turn off the blender and add a little more oil, stirring with a spoon, and blend again. Since it thickens quickly, turn it off again and add more oil, and so on, until all the oil is used. This way, the mayonnaise becomes thick and firm. 😉
Sometimes the mayonnaise curdles, so be careful. But I'll show you what to do later 😨 because it is possible to fix it even if it's cut 😘
