A diet for the bikini category is no walk in the park! And anyone who wants to shine in a bikini has to work hard, demonstrate motivation and discipline.
Hey, I'm Sunny and I'm from Berlin.
I usually train at McFit and I'm a fitness trainer by profession.
My bulking phase for my next bikini competition is now over, and the coaching for the documentary diet continues.
There was a new, structured nutrition plan and new training plans. The calories were cranked up, and nothing stood in the way of muscle growth. Building muscle was the order of the day! Now the diet for my next competition begins!
