Dog Bone Raceway ~ 1/32 ScaleXtric Slot Car Track
Slot Car Racing on our latest race track. This Scalextric 1/32 scale race track, shaped like a dog bone, has a lap length of around 25 feet and sets up on a 12 X 4 foot area. The criss (X) cross sections at each end makes each driver take the inside and outside lane every half a lap, and making the ends where the action happens.
I use a variable power supply and set it at 14 volts when my brother and I are racing, down to 6.5 volts when my 3 year old grandson is racing. This is a fun layout for those limited on space and enjoy the larger scale slot cars.
