Reginald Cyntje Group — 'Araminta' [w/Brian Settles, Tarus Mateen, John Lamkin III]
Trombonist and composer Reginald Cyntje was CapitalBop’s first Spotlight artist-in-residence, playing two nights at Local 16 on U Street, as well as a workshop-performance at Sitar Arts Center. This piece, "Araminta," is a Cyntje original inspired by Harriet Tubman. It was filmed on August 25, 2018.
