Destiny 2 Error code: Turtle | UPDATE, LOOK IN DESCRIPTION

So Destiny 2 wasn't working for me. It would load until it would say "checking for updates" and then it would stop and say: "Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers, please try again.... ERROR CODE: TURTLE." Well after like, almost 2 weeks the problem eventually fixed itself and now I can play again. IDK how it started working again, the problem sorta fixed itself. BUT NOW, it has started up again during Beyond light. This time on both pc and xbox, on D1 and D2. So now I can't play any Destiny anywhere. I've spent more than 100 dollars on this game and now not being able to play it for almost a year.... I've kinda grown tired of Bungie's crap, how am I supposed to enjoy Destiny if I can't even play it?
Bungie used to be a good company back when they made Halo, but now... I am very disappointed that a great company devolves into a company that barely acknowledges problems like this. I don't know if this "turtle error" ever gets fixed... But if it does, will I even want to play it anymore?
