How to be more accurate in World of Warcraft
My large cursor setting:
/console cursorsizepreferred 2
My small cursor setting:
/console cursorsizepreferred -1
You can also adjust your mouse cursor size in the interface + accessibility options but I recommend you do it through macros if you want to swap the size back and forth.
