2014 Camaro SS dual mode performance exhaust option
2014 Chevy Camaro SS 6 speed LS3 with optional dual mode performance exhaust, ice cold start-up. This catback exhaust is standard on Camaro ZL1's and is only optional for v8 and 6 speed manual Camaro's for an extra $895. It is an electric vacuum operated exhaust. On start-up there is a bypass that allows for the exhaust to exit straight through, un-baffled. While idling and cruising/normal acceleration the bypass is closed and is very quiet but under higher rpms the bypass opens for straight through sound and performance. Pretty awesome option by GM IMO.
