How to Easily Adjust Tips on the Dejavoo Z8 Desktop Terminal | AMP Payment Systems
Hi everyone. This is Chene and today I will be demonstrating how to adjust tips on your Dejavoo Z8 desktop terminal.
Beginning on Credit Sale Enter Amount
1.) Select F3 which is located directly under the screen
2.) Next Press the down arrow key one time to highlight the option for Edit All Trans#
3.) Press the green enter key to select this option
4.) You’ll be prompted to enter the transaction number which will be located on the authorized receipt
5.) Once you’ve entered the transaction number press the green enter key
6.) Input the tip amount and then press the green enter key
7.) You’ll be asked to confirm the tip amount. Do so by select F2 for yes or F4 for no.
8.) After selecting F2 for yes, you’ll be directed back to the edit tip screen where you can enter another trans # to adjust.
9.) If there are more tips to adjust, repeat steps 4-7.
10.) If there are no other tips to adjust, press the red exit key to return to the main screen which should read Credit Sale Enter Amount.
