Project: iDecide - An Overview
iDecide is a European project focused on supporting school staff to make inclusive decisions. The main technology outputs of the project were an elearning platform (consisting of an Induction Course) and an online toolkit with forums and polls. The induction course of the project focuses on inclusive education, the functions and the ways of using the iDecide toolkit. The platform targets school leaders and school staff to engage them in inclusive decision making and in developing an action plan for their school. School teams use the toolkit through the platform or APP to build a school profile, choose among the different categories of decisions and acquire access to recommendations and practical tips for each marginalised group of students. The recommendations and practical tips (classroom-based and school-based) contribute in inclusive decision making. The toolkit can also be downloaded as a booklet or in separate PDF files for each group of students that is in danger of marginalisation.
