While I've been stuck in my house due to this ruddy coronavirus, I've discovered the joys of online exercise classes - so here's my list of 10 reasons why they're great!
If you've not tried any of these yet, follow people like Barry's, F45, and 1Rebel on Instagram - they regularly post their class schedules and then you just tune in when they go live. Do also comment with any other favourites you have.
This video is dedicated to my friend Emily Hartridge who I used to make lots of videos with, and who we sadly lost last year, hence why I made it a '10 reasons why' and chose a topic she would have liked. For anyone who knew Emily I hope you like this mini homage to her.
