On July 10, 2017 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency held a public hearing at their headquarters in Washington, D.C. Methane and related pollution is invisible to the naked eye, so Earthworks used a mobile billboard parked in front of EPA to show infrared videos that expose the pollution.
