Method 1:
1. Need 2 apartments at the same place.
2. Go to the blue circle and enter the selection screen for the garages.
3. Stay in that menu. All done :)
Method 2:
1. Need to be a CEO and own a company. (Doesn't matter which company)
2. Go inside the company and walk to the Computer and chair (where you order supplies for your warehouses).
3. Press Right on the D-pad to sit on the chair.
4. Stay on the chair. All done :)
