2011 Ford F-250 Evaporator Core Replacement
In this video I completed an Evaporator core replacement on a 2011 Ford F-250. This truck had a freon leak from the Evap core causing it to lose freon into the plenum and smell pretty bad inside the vehicle while using the heat or A/C. The job wasn't too difficult but is pretty time consuming due to having to completely remove the dash. Once the dash is pulled away from the HVAC plenum you can disconnect the A/C and heater core lines on the firewall and then unbolt the plenum. Heater core and Evaporator core are accessible from the top of the HVAC plenum box.
