I took a better look at the build and came up with a tree / gear set that performs better and is actually decently tanky, I will be trying to run 30 sims and more feared invitations to test what I can expect.
Gear might even be cheaper to assemble.

Taking Pyromaniac and more life someone played this build to lv 100 it maps safely and can still nuke bosses and farm feared on a budget.
Core items total out to 4-6ex.
Mapping speed is consistently at 200+ movespeed.

Hydro and bear trap uptime was basically 10%, being better at dodging and putting down debuffs will result in an even faster kill.
