How to fix AMD (WattMan) driver crash [100% WORKS!]

In this video I will show you how to fix random driver crash on AMD Radeon and avoid black screen of death.
I recognized that the driver crash more offen when I play older games. Maybe it's because there is no need for maximal performance then the driver incrases and decrases the frequency when it needs. So I decided that I will incrase all WattMan States to the max so the GPU always will work at maximum performance when it doesn't needed too.
The result is there is no crash anymore.
I think this is the only solution yet.
YOU SHOULD SET THE MAX SETTING ON 'STATE 1' TOO!!!!
I couldn't modify mine, because of screen recording, but it should be on max too.
