Thermal Exchange does not boost on contact with Burning Bulwark
A requested test, part of my battle mechanics research series. Burn is still dodged of course because Thermal Exchange Pokemon are unburnable wholly (even Mold Breaker will just burn them and then Thermal Exchange will cure it).
Done both to contribute to the battle mechanics research effort at Smogon and for my own personal curiosity.
