cd nipe
cpan install Switch JSON LWP::UserAgent
perl nipe.pl install
To Start Anonymizing:
$ perl nipe.pl start
To Stop Anonymizing:
$ perl nipe.pl stop
To Check the Status
$ perl nipe.pl status
