The goal of Rundown 2 was the retrieval of a neonate HSU. In this rundown, prisoners were first sent to retrieve pMOTHER trial samples, a hinting to the prisoners' future. They then cleared their way down to section C by rerouting power via power cells, overriding security controls via uplinks, and clearing fog via fog turbines. In section C, three uplinks are used to create a triangulation of the Neonate's exact position. Prisoners then gathered IDs and then reactivated power and filtration systems, setting up a perfect scenario for neonate extraction. The prisoners made their way to the Crib, and finally retrieved the neonate. They escaped into Rundown 3 with the neonate, with an uncertainty as to what lied ahead.
