TOA Budget 400 Full Run w/Commentary (10% chance for purples)
400's "Money Raids" are a great way to maximize purple chance while keeping the raid relatively easy. It's very possible to do consistent 400's with budget gear like what I use here. Your times will be slow and some skill is certainly required, but I like doing slower raids for a higher chance at a unique from TOA.
