Mr. Ilanchezhian is a topper in the UPSC CAPF examination. As an Asst. Commandant of CRPF, he has served across the entire length and breadth of our country, which includes the Naxal belts, Region of Insurgency, and the tough terrains of extremism to uphold the sovereignty and the Integrity of our Country.
Mr. Ilanchezhian due to his passion for teaching quit CRPF and started teaching for Civil Service aspirants in several NGOs and Academies across the country. He entered the teaching field to spread his knowledge for UPSC aspirants in their struggle to glory.
He has the distinction of clearing 17 competitive examinations including the prestigious Civil Service Exam. He has also served in Armed Forces Headquarters Service and as a Senior Manager (IT) with SBI Subsidiary before moving to Central Reserve Police Force.
He trains more than 6000 candidates every year for competitive exams across the nation. More than 600 of his students are there in various services like IAS, IPS, IRS, IFoS and other Central and State Services.
He is also a bilingual writer. He has published a couple of books like “Ganam padum vanampadigal” and “Vazhithedum Vizhigal” in tamil. His book on “Indian Economy” published by Byju’s is one of the popular book among civil service aspirants. The list of book written by him also includes, “India’s Internal Security”, “Disaster Management”, “Physical Geography of World and India”, “Optional Planner” among others.
