HEALING PSORIASIS can be challenging. I briefly talk about my journey on diet and Skincare. Psoriasis is a long term disease.
I was diagnosed with Psoriasis in 2016/2017. I have experimented with loads of different diets and lifestyle changes to help me manage my flares. I went from not knowing how to manage to trying to be positive and take control by becoming a organic skincare formulator.
I use the nourishing body oil which really helps with itching and deeply hydrates the skin which gives me the goodnight sleep that you need when suffering from itchy skin.
