Today we are testing six used mono panels that we bought for $18 each that range from 270 Watt to 315 watt. We are using the elejoy EL400B solar panel multimeter to test the output of each panel for watts, Volt Pmax, amps and volt Voc. This elejoy is best to test 1 solar panels at a time.
