note: you can upgrade from the vmware 7 driver to the vmware 10 driver
Make sure you add this in the end of your vmx config file if you are installing vmware 10 driver
time.synchronize.continue = FALSE
time.synchronize.restore = FALSE
time.synchronize.resume.disk = FALSE
time.synchronize.shrink = FALSE
time.synchronize.tools.startup = FALSE
