Fix Uninstalling MSE "Your version of Windows operating system is not supported by this program."
1. Find Setup.exe location using Task Manager
2. Go to Program Properties
3. Compatibility
4. Change settings for all users
5. Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7
6. Run uninstaller again
