This is on a 2012 Honda Accord 4cyl. Testing the PID refresh rate of the ELM327 Bluetooth v1.5 Adaptor. The sensors refresh at approximately 30 PIDs/second. The adaptor is capable of about 40 PIDs/second, however most of the time the speed is limited by the ECU.
This is just a quick example of a few sensors I had selected for a trip around town. They are as follows (starting top left reading like a book):
RPM -- Speed (Read by Computer)
Accelerator Position -- Actual Throttle Position (Drive by wire system)
Mass Air Flow cfm -- Engine Load %
Coolant Temp -- Catalytic Converter Temperature -- Air/Fuel Ratio (Wideband Upstream 02 Sensor)
Most of it is boring, but gives you an idea of the graphing during realtime monitoring. I use "Screencast" for android to record what's on my screen. There's a wide open throttle (getting onto the interstate) at 7:05
