Today we're making a dwojniak! It is a polish mead style that features a heavy ratio of honey to water. There are quite a few historical polish mead styles and I've always wanted to try them. I've always had the hang up of doing one because of the cost and difficulties that come with it. I have really enjoyed this journey and I hope that you enjoy this video!
