Making a Coffee Blossom Bochet!
Today I'm making a coffee blossom bochet! This mead got a little wild towards the end. I wouldn't say this bochet was quite interesting enough with how I did it.. I would highly recommend bocheting more honey than I used in my recipe card. Special thanks to Bill Boyer for being a part of this tasting. I did end up doing something to fix this mead.. there will be a video on that in the future!
