Hastings Old Town Carnival Week 2023. "The Peter TRICKETT TROPHY". AKA The Seaboot or Welly Boot Race. Created in 2002 by Deeday White and friends (within hours) of 'Peter's' sad demise. Organised to raise funds for Peter's funeral. this event was an immediate success and continues in popularity, with All generations !
