"Influenced by African history, North American pop culture, Afro-Cuban propaganda, and the likes of Sheppard Fiery, Roy Lichtenstein, Frank Miller and Andy Warhol, Jibola Fagbamiye seeks justice through disruption. Based out of Toronto, the Nigerian multimedia artist works away on his new passion project, informed by art's endless inspiration for successive art -- an infinite creative loop, if you will (perfectly encapsulated by Jim Jarmusch in his "Nothing is original" statement).
