In this video, we start by logging in to Google Docs and Google Forms and start building the contact form. We look through how to add nee fields, make fields required, collect email addresses, why email option comes at first then we move towards the settings of the form. Later we embed the form to our wordpress website by adding custom HTML and do little tweak around by adjusting width and removing the scroll bar. We fill in a demo contact response and have a look on how it is recorded and stored.
