EDO 4.0.0.1502 - Large Settlement High CZ - 1080p CPU limited 7800X3D test
A video I recorded about six weeks ago on my 7800X3D setup illustrating frame rate floors with a modern high-end gaming CPU. Memory subsystem is not a limit on either my 5800X3D nor this 7800X3D, so the advantage here for the low-end frame rates are purely down to the Zen 4 architectural changes and higher CPU clock speeds. Worth noting that even this processor encounters meaningful stutters during those dropship spawns.
