We'll also learn to work with thoughts about an uncertain future.
This program is based on the "Mechanics of Psychotherapy" series of educational videos, which you should familiarize yourself with beforehand. During the educational and consulting program itself, we will examine the techniques and exercises discussed in the video in more detail and explore many other practical approaches to working with anxiety and fear, and learn how to apply them specifically to yourself, your condition, and your problems.
