1. Ichijo house are expensive yes, but in the future because of good insulation and good quality materials we will know that it is cheaper cost that other home builders. The house can last for a long time with less repairs to do.

They said that they appear to be more expensive than the competition on the surface, but that as soon as clients of their competition discover 1) that they pay much more in energy and 2) that a lot of the things they saw in model houses were actually expensive options, they realize that ichijo turns out to be actually less expensive in the long run.
