In this month’s M/WBEs in the Mix, we hear from our Diversity Officer and M/WBE Program Lead, Raymond Daniel Medina. Raymond Daniel, working together with our agency’s M/WBE Program and Senior Leadership Teams, developed our Matchmaking Event Program in response to M/WBEs looking to make substantive connections with procurement staff and decision makers. Three years, and over 800 matches later, we are celebrating contract outcomes for one in five M/WBEs who have attended our Matchmaking Events! We are grateful to our agency staff, Human Service Providers, Prime Contractors, and M/WBEs for joining us in this commitment.
