First Time Riding Amtrak! (Spoiler Alert: We LOVED it!)
All Aboard! So, if you've never ridden on a train you're missing out! I've taken a couple different train rides throughout my life. Most of them were fun little round-trip excursions. Some were to get around different cities. However, I've never taken a train as a way to get to a destination. I've driven and flown all over the country, and while it has crossed my mind to possibly take a train, it just wasn't as popular or prevalent so it hasn't happened before. When we were deciding where to go for our short anniversary trip we decided to take the train over to Kansas. (Check out my Instagram for the details on how we decided where to go...) And it was so much fun! It was so much cheaper than flying and much more relaxing than driving. There are a couple instances where I would choose flying or driving over a train, but it is definitely my preferred method of travel and I can't wait to go again!
