Ruri-chan is literally the only "other" character in Obey Me! that has official character art. Everyone else has no sprites or anything X'D. Anyhoo... Ruri-chan is so cute and I had to have Levi's shirt from the Ruri-chan event... So in this video, I'll be showing you how I made it :)
