An Access Point is a device that takes your wired internet and broadcasts it as Wi-Fi. It connects to your router via Ethernet and creates a fresh, strong wireless signal in areas your router can't reach on its own.
To hard reset one: find the small pinhole or recessed button labeled Reset on the back or bottom. Use a paperclip or SIM tool, press and hold for 10-15 seconds until the lights flash or cycle. That wipes everything back to factory default.
Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link — same principle across the board. Enterprise gear or home setup, the wiring logic doesn't change.
Now the video part:
PoE injector goes in the middle. One cable from the router into it, one cable out to the access point. Power and data, one line. No extra outlet needed.
Bigly words are the enemy of understanding.
